Lara I was searching thru my phone yesterday for your email address and couldn't find it I'm so glad I received an email from you today!
Anyway I just wanted to let you know that I am a homeowner! I moved in on the 19th of November with no $ down...literally! I gave a check of $1000 as a good faith check, I also paid $505 for the appraisal, and $35 for the credit check so total $1540. Well when ithe house finally closed the title company sent me a check for $1572! Amazing rite!
I also purchased a car rite after I bought the home before the loan hits my credit report just like you recommended!
My home is only 6 yrs old and in immaculate condition. Constom drapery and fully landscaped.

You know, until I read your email just now I wasn't as excited as I just got. I mean, yeah I've been excited throughout the whole process, but when I saw your picture and as I began reading your email I almost jumped out of the seat. It's really weird. I don't know if it was seeing your picture in a more formal venue (than FB) and realizing that it was in this venue that you actually helped me (via RMCN) make the dream of home ownership, via increased credit scores, a reality. It is because of your assistance that I was able to increase my scores tremendously. Being able to call you with questions and concerns, and having you respond almost immediately with sound and useful information was, as they say, "priceless". Jason, Barbara Multari was a Godsend for introducing you to me and you were an absolute Angel in what you did for me. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Thank you.
Now in answer to your question regarding closing. We close next Tuesday on the 17th at 10am. We had the initial walk-thru this past Tuesday and the house is absolutely fantabulous. I can't wait to get into that puppy and plop my feet up and sip some Mimosas. Not to mention sit myself at my desk in my office (I made sure I got a house with space dedicated to a real Dr. Phill - HA! LOL!) so I can have a place conducive to doing research and writing papers/articles.
Like I offered in one of my FB posts I am offering again. If you are ever in the Raleigh area (or you ever want to get away and meet one of your many success stories), please feel free to stop by and stay a few days. We'd really love to have you and your wife out for a visit. Chuck and I love to host parties and people, and you could use it as a networking event - I could even set up a party for you if you'd like (I dont' know if you are allowed to do those kinds of things). Listen, you have done so much to make my dream of owning a new home a reality that that is the least I could offer.
I'll let you know once I close. I'll send you a picture of us signing the papers and them handing over the keys.
